This feature allows jewl home phone users to see who is calling by showing the incoming name phone number.
Basic 911:
Connects a 9-1-1 call to a national emergency call centre. The caller must identify his or her location to the 9-1-1 operator, who then connects the call to the emergency response centre serving their area.
Call Forwarding:
This feature allows calls made to your Jewl home phone service to be forwarded to another specified number.
Call Rejection:
This feature allows you to create a list of numbers prevented from calling you.
Do Not Disturb:
The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to temporarily silence your line to prevent inbound calls.
Three-Way Calling:
Three-Way Calling allows you to connect up to 3 different callers (including yourself) at one time.
Call Transfer:
This feature allows you to relocate a live inbound call to another phone.
SimRing:
The SimRing feature allows you to set a list of phone numbers which will ring (in addition to your own number) whenever someone calls you. Any of the other numbers that ring can answer the call.
Advanced Voicemail:
Advanced Voice Mail allows callers to leave a voicemail fora TekTalk user if the user is unavailable. Subscribers can also customize how and when your messages are delivered to you. Flexible options for different types of calls can also be set.
Caller ID Block:
The Caller ID Block feature allows you to block your Caller ID on outbound calls.
Visual Call Waiting:
Visual call waiting not only shows you who is calling (name and telephone number), it can also display the information while you are already on the phone.

Important 911 Information:

The Jewl Communications 911 policy is critical. It describes limitations on emergency services, including the need to check and update your address. If you are going to be moving your digital home phone service to a new address, please update your address with us. In the event of emergency calls, 9-1-1 responders will be dispatched to the address that you have as your phone location!
